Wedding Packages

Package 1

• • Includes 4 hours of consecutive shooting time
    • 1 ½ hours before the ceremony for getting ready and separate bride/groom photos with the wedding party and family members
    • Coverage of the entire ceremony (Approx 30min)
    • Up to 1 hour after the ceremony for photos with just the bride and groom, photos of the couple with the wedding party and with other members of the family.
    • Up to 1 hour of shooting time at the reception
  • 100-150 photos on a disk with copyright permissions

Package 2

• Includes 5 hours of consecutive shooting time
  • 1 ½ hours before the ceremony for getting ready and separate bride/groom photos with the wedding party and family members
  • Coverage of the entire ceremony (Approx 30 mins)
  • Up to 1 hour after the ceremony for photos with just the bride and groom, photos of the couple with the wedding party and with other members of the family
  • Up to 2 hours of shooting time at the reception to capture decorations, couples entrance, first dance, Father/Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance, and other memorable moments etc.
  • 150-200 photos on a disk with copyright permissions

Package 3

• Includes 6 hours of consecutive shooting time
  • 1 ½ hours before the ceremony for getting ready and separate bride/groom photos with the wedding party and family members
  • Coverage of the entire ceremony (Approx 30 mins)
  • Up to 1 hour after the ceremony for photos with just the bride and groom, photos with the wedding party and with other members of the family.
  • Up to 3 hours of shooting time at the reception to capture decorations, couples entrance, first dance, Father/Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, dancing, bride/groom get-a-way and other memorable moments etc.
  • 200-250 photos on a disk with copyright permissions

Package 4

• Includes coverage of the entire day!
  • Before the ceremony for getting ready and separate bride/groom photos with the wedding party and family members
  • Coverage of the entire ceremony
  • Up to 1 hour after the ceremony for photos with just the bride and groom, photos with the wedding party and with other members of the family.
  • Entire reception (Approximately 5 hours) capturing decorations, couples entrance, first dance, Father/Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, dancing, bride/groom get-a-way and other memorable moments etc.
  • 200-250 photos on a disk with copyright permissions
  • This package includes 2 photographers
  • BONUS: A 1 hour session for Bridal Portraits 20-25 edited photos on a disc with copyright permissions
  • BONUS: 11 x 16 professional print of your favorite Bridal Portrait image
  • BONUS: Additional customized USB drive with all edited photos uploaded

Bridal and Engagement sessions occurring outside of Moore Co. will cost an additional $25.00 for every 30 minutes traveled

Before Your Big Day

A few weeks prior to your wedding day, I would like to visit your ceremony site and discuss with you all of your wedding details and a wedding day timeline. This gives us a chance to ensure that your photographs will be a seamless part of your day as I capture such a precious time in your life! We will discuss the details of your day as well as any special requests or concerns you may have. Together, we will make this a very easy and relaxed process in order for you enjoy and focus on your perfect day!

Weddings MUST be booked at least 2 months before the wedding day to ensure availability. The clients and photographer will meet 4 weeks before the event date to discuss wedding day timeline, specific photos the couple would like the photographer to capture, and to review and sign the wedding contract

25% of the chosen package price is due 4 weeks prior to the wedding date (usually at the client/photographer meeting) and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance will be due NO LATER than 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. If the remaining balance is not received BEFORE the wedding date, the photographer reserves the right to break the contract and will no longer be required to fill her obligation to photograph the event.

Depending on the chosen package, all photographs will be delivered by mail within 6 weeks after your event date.  All images will be high resolution, fully edited and on a disk with complete copyright and print permissions. Custom USB drives are also available for purchase.  TLTP reserves the right to post any and all photographs as they wish on social media and the TLTP website.  A Facebook sneak peek of a selected number of images will be available within 1 week after the event date.  Custom prints, photo books and wall art of any images are available upon request through TLTP’s private lab.  More information is available upon request!
